Failed renders
If a render fails or can't be created, the credit it used is returned to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions. As set out in our Terms of Service, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Purchased credits don't expire while your account is open.
Free credits
Free credits are a one-time allowance and can't be exchanged for cash.
Questions
For billing questions, or a charge you don't recognise, email admin@spacerendr.ai. Card payments appear as SME MARKET LLC on your statement.
